Who we are

The AI Collective (aicollective.biz) is operated by Hello Earth 2 Business Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect

Newsletter sign-up (the form on the homepage and the sign-up box that appears on other pages): your email address, which form you used, the date and time, and the IP address the request came from.

“Tell us your goal” form (AI Solutions page): what you describe you want AI to do, your email address, your name and business name if you give them, whether you ticked the box to also receive the newsletter, the date and time, and the IP address the request came from. If you tick that box, your email address is also added to the newsletter list.

If the form can’t reach our server, your browser may open a pre-filled email to us instead. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send that email.

We don’t ask for, and ask you not to include, sensitive information such as health, financial account, or government ID details.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your request, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Form submissions are saved as records on a cloud server we operate, and access is limited to us. We also rely on these service providers, which may process information outside Canada:

  • Cloudflare: delivers and protects this website. It processes technical information such as your IP address for every visit.
  • Resend: when enabled, it sends us an email notification containing the details you submitted.
  • Fontshare: serves the website’s fonts. Your browser requests them directly, which shares your IP address and browser details with that service.

Cookies and local storage

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The newsletter sign-up box saves a small note in your browser’s local storage so it doesn’t keep reappearing after you close it or sign up. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.

Email and your consent

We only send the newsletter to people who asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us at the address above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
